Altered Notebooks...& a Video

woah, 2 posts in one day!

I've completed editing this video of me altering a Notebook. It's pretty straight forward really so not much text or instruction. If you have any questions on techniques or supplies, just leave me a comment and I will reply!

These notebooks are going to my 2 nephews, and one to Matthew. Matthew is 6 years old and loves to draw. He was the Ring Bearer in our wedding and is very close to my family! I figured I would give him something fun to put all his drawings into. He also loves Baseball and of course the Red Sox.

Hope you enjoy the video!

Kerry, loved watching the video. I am curious about the cool tool you used as well as your tape runner. I have not seen either. Would definitely make things a lot easier.

thanks for the comments ladies! The tool that I use to pick of those letters is called a QuickStik - it's made by QuickKutz and is a great tacky tool for picking up die cuts & small embellishments.

The gun I use is the ATG tape gun. 36 yards of adhesive - VERY cost effective and VERY sticky!! here is link for more info:

hope that helps!

Very cute notebook - thanks for the video, it's neat to see how things are all put together like that.
Thanks for sharing what you used, too! =)

Awesome video -- thanks for putting it together and sharing. Thanks for the info on your other tools too -- I was wondering the same thing that others already asked about. Great notebooks!

I have been looking for the paper piercer/pen that you used in this video and cannot find anything that looks like it. What did you use and where can I get one? Thanks.

BTW, your videos and blog are great.
