more last minute stuff: Christmas Gift Tags
OK so this week is all about wrapping up those gifts & getting them under the tree…!
I wanted to share some handmade gift tags that I’ve created to add that special touch to gifts this year. I used some inspiration from the lovely Kristina Werner on one of these tags. I loved how she used that set from Stampin Up. I didn’t have the die cut that she used, so I just improvised & found a similar shape in the Winter Woodland Cricut Cartridge Tag feature.
The others are all pretty simple as all I had to use was PaperTrey Ink’s 2008 Holiday Tag Collection. These tags punch perfectly using a 1 3/4″ Circle Punch, then nested onto a 2″ circle. I cut the scallop out with my Cricut - this allowed me to get the exact size that I needed.
I must say that I’m ALL DONE shopping & wrapping for everyone on my list this year, WOO! Well, I do just have one more thing to accomplish…get stocking stuffers for Pete. I will be doing that tonight, sshhh don’t tell…! I hope all of you have everything mostly done? Or are you finding yourself still shopping?

Take care & I hope you & your family have a very Merry Christmas!
The tags you made are so adorable! Just wondering…what cricut cartridge did you use to cut out the scallop circle? Is it the same one you mentioned that you used for the tag shape? What a great cartridge (if it has both shapes). Thanks for always posting with such cute ideas! Have a merry Christmas!
