Collection of Christmas Cards
I worked on creating lots of Christmas Cards this past weekend, which was fun! I was able to stamp these images from my Demo’s set - they are just too cute. I also grabbed some inspiration from Michelle for these cards. I really liked the card she did here. I love this stamp set…the faces totally crack me up, especially the Reindeer!
The white sentiment on these next 2 cards are Rub-On’s. Yes, I was able to tackle the SU rub-on’s & make them work on these cards. It was challenging but I was SUPER careful & they came out OK.
Here is an up close view of the Reindeer. I colored them with my Copic Markers - which work great for adding depth & blending. I added some Crystal Effects to Rudolph’s nose to make it stand out that much more. (LOVE the side-eye that Reinder w/ a hat is givin’ Rudpolph!)
I actually cut out these ovals using my Cricut - it was super fast & so much easier than any cutting system that I have for cutting circles/ovals (God, I could complain for days about these…there really isn’t a great one out there!) Anyway, it was pretty easy to just take the stamp & stamp on top of the white Cardstock once I had an oval cut. I then just layered with 1/4″ size bigger ovals to add depth.
I used Copics on the snowmen & Elves too - they are pretty much my go-to markers for coloring. I was going to try Prisma Pencils but I couldn’t be bothered with shading & the gamsol. I do love them though. These were just quick & easy to do. Thanks for looking!

Lovely Christmas Cards! Really like the green that you used, not really traditional. Very good job coloring, although not that quick I would think. Just Beautiful. Have a wonderful day!

Kerry….have been really enjoying your blog for the last month. I can’t even remember how I got here.
I have so many questions for you. First of all, where did you buy your copic markers?
I got all of mine on Oozak.com
Thanks, I’m going there right now!
